Frontier Town Ocean City, MD is an Old West themed amusement park. Take in shows like pretend gun fights and dancing Can-Can ladies. There is a mini golf course with challenging holes ideal for groups of two to four people. Visit the indoor arcade when you’re ready for some shade. Bring your bathing suits and cool off in Frontier Town’s water park.

When you’re enjoying your stay, you don’t have to walk far from the Ocean City, Maryland beachfront hotels to enjoy one of the unique restaurants on the Boardwalk. Try one of the funnel cake vendors. You can also try the herbal or decaf options if caffeine isn’t your thing. Starbucks also has light breakfast and lunch fare, including egg white and veggie bites, coffee cake, muffins and toasted sandwiches. You could also grab a packaged shortbread cookies or trail mix if you’re in hurry to get to the Boardwalk!

Try something fresh and new at Pablo’s Bowls, located just across the street from us. Pablo’s Bowls features fresh and locally-sourced ingredients. We’d recommend their best-known specialty, the acai bowl as a healthy vacation option. Or if you’re feeling more indulgent on your getaway, consider a visit to The Fractured Prune. This bakery makes its own cake doughnuts, served fresh every morning. Try the traditional plain, glazed or chocolate glazed or go (dough)nuts and try one of their unique seasonally flavored creations!
Family Fun – It’s a Walk in the Park!
If you’re on a family vacation to Ocean City definitely consider a visit to the Northside Park. This sprawling recreational area boasts plenty of shade trees, playgrounds and picnicking areas, perfect for a fun family afternoon. This popular park also features a fishing lagoon, soccer field, and a leisurely one mile walking path. Also located within the park is an extensive indoor Community Center, which is excellent option for a rainy day.

Search for seashells or beach glass to take home as a souvenir of your trip. Build a sandcastle with the kids. Surf, snorkel and swim. You could also simply relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves coming to shore and the fresh onshore breezes that tickle the skin.
